Actual writing news!

And now for something completely different.  I have actual updates to report on the writing front!  First, Another 100 Horrors is now available in paperback and e-book form.  This anthology features my drabble, “White Collar Necropolis.”  It’s a fun collection, and I’m glad to have been a part of it.

But that’s not all!   My short story, “Growing Season,” has been accepted to appear in an upcoming issue of Bewildering Stories.  It hasn’t been added to the schedule yet, but as soon as it’s online I will be sure to provide a link.  The story will be available to read on their website.

And hey, this novel still needs finishing. I’ve decided to join Camp NaNoWriMo for the month of July. I’ll be knocking out those words regardless; why not impose an additional deadline to keep me honest?

It’s summer, it’s gorgeous outside and I need to keep writing.  Pay no attention to that warm sunlight streaming in the… ah, dammit.

The horror!

A brief but most excellent update:  Cruentus Libri Press has picked up my flash piece “White Collar Necropolis” as part of their upcoming anthology, Another 100 Horrors.  It’s a sequel to 100 Horrors: Tales of Horror in the Blink of An Eye and, like its predecessor, will be available in both paperback and e-book formats.

It’s a fun project and it’s due mid-April-ish. I will of course post more details as they are made available.
